Websites for California businesses, built by a remote team with the price up front.
Website design for California small businesses from an India-based team: video calls, US-dollar prices on this page, and the domain and code in your name.
leave it on us is a website designer for California businesses, working remotely from Noida, India. California's small businesses look nothing alike: a post-production studio in Los Angeles, a software consultancy in San Jose, a family grower in the Central Valley. We design, build and launch the site, and you see the price before the first call.
What a California site has to do depends on where you sit. Around Los Angeles and Orange County, entertainment, information and trade set the pace, and work is often won on how a studio or brand looks. In the Bay Area, buyers check a founder's site before they reply. Sacramento leans on technology, clean tech, education and health, while Fresno, Kern and Tulare counties run on agriculture.
We have no California office and won't pretend to. Calls are on video, held in Pacific-time mornings, which are our late evenings. The agencies that rank for this search mostly show no prices and say nothing about who does the work; we would rather you know both before you book.

What their sites need to do.
- 01
Studios, creatives and entertainment-adjacent firms
In the LA and Orange County economy, buyers decide quickly. The site should open on the work, load fast on a phone, and give a producer or client one obvious way to get in touch.
- 02
Startups and tech services
San Francisco, Oakland and San Jose buyers read a small firm's site as proof it is serious. Clear positioning, a short list of what you do, and a booking path matter more than animation.
- 03
Practices and education-linked services around Sacramento
Health and education are part of the Sacramento economy. A practice needs services, insurance and booking information easy to find without a phone call.
Websites for Clinics & healthcare - 04
Growers, packers and trades in the Central Valley
Agriculture and the businesses serving it need to be found by a buyer or a neighbour in a hurry: what you grow or fix, the area you cover, and a number or form that works on a phone.

Meetings, payments, timelines.
- 01
Calls in your morning
We work from India, so Pacific mornings are our late evenings. Calls are on video, and the rest is written briefs and shared drafts you can review when it suits you.

What the price covers
Packages are quoted in US dollars and shown on this page. You pay half to start and half at launch by bank transfer or card, and the domain, hosting account and code are set up in your name.
- 03
Accessibility and privacy, as awareness
We build to WCAG practices. California is a state where website accessibility complaints are a known issue, but we are not lawyers and cannot promise compliance. Privacy rules such as the CCPA apply only above certain thresholds; ask your own counsel and we will place the policy page wherever it needs to go.

Timelines
Basic is 2–3 weeks, Premium 4–6 weeks and You're a legend 8–12 weeks, counted from the day your content is with us.
( The package that usually fits )
Premium — from $1,999
Live in 4–6 weeks
Most California businesses compete on how they look, so Premium fits: custom design and a CMS you can edit when your work or season changes.
Each of our three packages shows a US-dollar starting price on this page, fixed before work begins. Most California agency pages we found show no price at all. Whoever you ask, request a price in writing and compare what it covers: pages, custom design, a CMS and support after launch.
Not for most websites. Design, build and revisions happen on screen and on video calls. What matters is that you know who does the work, what it costs and who owns the result. If you specifically want to meet in person, we are not the right fit.
Basic takes 2–3 weeks, Premium 4–6 weeks and the bespoke tier 8–12 weeks from the day your content arrives. California studios and shops usually lose time waiting on photos and copy, so we send a list of what we need on day one.
It depends on your business, not your website. The CCPA applies to for-profit businesses above certain thresholds, and many small ones fall below them. We can't give legal advice, so ask a lawyer, and we will make room for a privacy policy page and cookie notice if you need them.
We build following WCAG guidelines: readable contrast, keyboard navigation, labelled forms and alt text. That is good practice and helps real visitors. It is not a legal guarantee, and California accessibility law is contested, so treat it as awareness and ask counsel if you have exposure.
You do. We register the domain and set up hosting in your name, so if we ever part ways nothing has to be transferred back. Support after launch is 14 days on Basic, 30 on Premium and 90 on the bespoke tier.
